Walk to school week

WALK TO SCHOOL WEEK 20th - 24th May

WE HAVE A BIG AMBITION:
EVERY CHILD THAT CAN, WALKS TO SCHOOL.

A generation ago, 70% of us walked to school – now it’s less than half. 

Let's reverse this decline.

It’s been proven that children who do some form of exercise, especially a walk before school, do better in class because they arrive refreshed, fit and ready to learn.

Ashbury Meadow will be taking part in the nationwide campaign to walk to school from Monday 20th May until Friday 25th May.

People that live far away and have to drive to school can park a road away and walk to school.
